Mid West Accessories in Redford Michigan. I Had a lid put on my F350 dually about 15 years ago and the work was awesome. So fast forward to 2023 and i had a lid put on my brand new Tundra and also i had new automatic running boards and Tonneau Cover put on my 2017 Dodge with new Mats. I want to tell you that the work was superb and the price was right. They are very knowledgeable, customer friendly and they stick to their word on everything they say and do. I love this place so much that when i put a deposit down for the accessories I had to go out of town so I stopped back by and paid them before the parts came and when i came back the Ram was done and then the lid on my tundra was done in 45 minutes. These guys are the best and they are honest.

We asked for a combination of a cargo slide and a Retrax tonneau cover for our truck. This required the team at Mid-West to do a lot of extra work to ensure that both would fit and be installed correctly. Steve Gibb helped problem solve important issues and worked with us and the installer to make sure both were done right. Both were installed on time and done well. We are impressed with the quality and attention to detail that the team at Mid-West provided!

Lots of trouble with Leer company, waited over 5 1/2 months for a cap that was damaged twice (once unrepairable) and new cap lost in transit. Cannot necessarily blame Mid-West for all the problems, but cannot recommend Leer for valid customer service either...

Update: I must say I am very appreciative of how Matt at the Riverview store followed up with my issues and helped us out with our dilemma with Leer. Thank you for your assistance and again I am very pleased with Mid-West for doing what they could to make the purchase of my new truck cap a better experience...

Tim gave me several great suggestions for a tonneau cover for the new Silverado I'd just bought in the style and price range I wanted. Then I said, "I'd like to buy one and have it installed today". He confirmed they had one I wanted in stock and was able to make that happen! I highly recommend Mid-West Truck Accessories. Ask for Tim, but the other staff I saw were nailing it too. I don't usually leave many reviews, but I thought these guys were great! Bill was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable and had me in and out quick with a new truck bed cover. The gentleman who installed the cover was equally as friendly and helpful , I would highly recommend this place for any truck accessories you may need!

In and out in 30 minutes with a newly installed folding tonneau cover. Amazon sent foot rails rather than a tonneau cover. I shipped the rails back and Midwest Truck Accessories took care of me. I am pleased. Great job gentlemen
